NOTICE OF BOARD QUORUM OF THE BLUE CREEK SCHOOL, SD3 BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR THE FOLLOWING:
Board Policy Review
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, to the patrons of School District No. 3, Yellowstone County, State of Montana, that there will be a quorum of the Blue Creek School District No.3 Trustees for review of Board Policy with MTSBA on
March 20, 2023, at 5:30 pm.
This will be held via Zoom meeting for the purpose of policy review. Members of the public will be able to observe and participate in the meeting platform using the following link: https://mtsba.zoom.us/j/88971526920?pwd=VGhjNVpaTkYvbFRwNFBqc1AxWGNSZz09
Please also note all participants must identify themselves by first and last name when joining the meeting or making public comment. If left as blank, anonymous, or first name only, that individual will not be admitted to the meeting nor will public comment, in any form, be acknowledged.
This is not a regularly scheduled meeting of the Blue Creek Board of Trustees. This notice is being posted in compliance with the Montana Open Meetings Act. No action can be taken by the Blue Creek Board of Trustees during this review.
This meeting is noticed in accordance with Montana open meetings laws; MCA 2-3-203.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, to the patrons of School District No. 3, Yellowstone County, State of Montana, that there will be a meeting with Blue Creek School District No. 3 with other county schools including Canyon Creek, Elder Grove and Elysian School on February 15, 2023, at 4:00 pm.
This will be held at Elysian School, 1532 S 64th St W, Billings, MT, in the library, for the purpose of information and discussion only regarding a potential county highschool.
This is not a regularly scheduled meeting of the Blue Creek Board of Trustees and a quorum of the Blue Creek Board of Trustees will not be present. This notice is being posted in compliance with the Montana Open Meetings Act. No action can be taken by Blue Creek Board of Trustees during this informational meeting.

The PTA meeting scheduled for 1/18/2023 at 6:15 pm has been cancelled.
Notice of Postponement:
Due to an unforeseen family emergency, the Regular School Board Meeting
of the Board of Trustees of Blue Creek School District No. 3 for January 11, 2023 at 6:30 pm at 3652 Blue Creek Road, Billings, MT 59101 has been postponed.
This meeting is to be rescheduled for a future date following unanimous consent of the Board as well as proper noticing of said meeting.
Due to forecasted weather conditions and many considerations for the safety of our students, families, and staff, Blue Creek School will be closed Thursday, December 22, 2022 beginning the Winter Break one day early. Be safe and we will see everyone upon our return to school on Tuesday, January 3, 2023.

K-3 students need to be at the school at 5:40 pm, program starts at 6:00 pm.
3/4 combo–6th grade students need to be at the school at 6:40 pm, program starts at 7:00 pm.

Mrs. Hall, Miss Wiest, and Mrs. Tucker are collaborting on our student's winter program which will be Wed., Dec. 7th, 2022.
Kindergarten through Miller's 3rd grade will be 6:00-6:30 pm
Wagner 3/4 Combo-6th grade will be 7:00-7:30 pm.
Mrs. Hall put together a list of songs so students can practie at home too! There is a link in an email sent out to all families as well as in the News section of the school website.
