For your child’s well-being, and the well-being of others attending school, your child should remain at home when ill. We can appreciate the difficulty with commitments and schedules however many students are unnecessarily exposed to illnesses. We are noticing an increased number of students attending when ill and their illness is repeated in classmates and friends shortly after. Please keep in mind: Fever: student must be fever free, without fever reducing medication, for 24 hours before returning. We encourage any family or staff to not attend school if they are ill in order to avoid exposing others to illness. Vomiting: 24 hours vomit free. If your student has vomited in the night, over the weekend, or at school please do not have them come to school the next day. We are seeing this type of illness passed to classmates and friends.
